Vasco Website
Having previously had a Flash website - with all of the ensuing issues in relation to lack of updateability and lack of search-engine visibility - Vasco's owners, Karen & Ross, approached OnSight with a view to acquiring the best of both worlds; the resulting website contains a number of innovative interactive features, is comparable with a Flash website, and uses different variations of social media plugins depending on the visitor's screen resolution.
The Google Map feature provides potential clients with comprehensive directions to this exciting Deli & Adventure Centre, while the content of both the main site and its Adventure Centre sub-site can be easily updated.
We are delighted with the end result, which is launched just in time for the beginning of the 2011 tourist season. It shows both what can be done on all levels without Flash and its limitations, and with our innovative approach to pushing the boundaries of what most people understand non-Flash websites to be like.
